As a relaxing base for your Florida holiday our 6 bedroom Florida villa is hard to beat.
A south-west facing 32' x 16' sparkling pool & spa, golf course views onto the 1st tee & fairway and situated only a few minutes walk from the clubhouse.
There are no rear neighbours and pine trees and lush planting ensure ample privacy on the pool deck.
Other features include a games room, LED cable TV's throughout, superfast broadband with Wi-Fi and free use of a gas BBQ.
Theme parks and attractions are a short drive away and the local shops and restaurants are within walking distance - although we recommend driving in the warmer months.

Accommodation
With over 3,000 square feet of air conditioned living space, the ground floor comprises a large family room, two dining areas, a fully fitted kitchen and laundry room featuring modern appliances, a second master bedroom with en-suite shower room and a twin room.
The first floor houses the large master bedroom and en-suite bathroom, a further queen sized room, two twin rooms and the third bathroom.
Amenities
The heated pool is 30% larger than most pools and the deck has ample space for six loungers, table and chairs and umbrellas.
The house has over 3,000 square feet of air conditioned living space with ceiling fans in all rooms for additional comfort.
The family room has a 50" TV with cable and comfortable seating for 8 adults.
All bedrooms have cable TV and ceiling fans.
Free Wi-Fi and superfast broadband.
The large garage houses the games area complete with a pool table, air hockey and table football.
A PlayStation and selection of games is on hand which can be set up in any of the bedrooms or the family room as preferred.
A gas powered BBQ is also provided for your use free of charge.
A fixed and mobile crib are also available together with two strollers
